Cancelation Policy:
All Cancelations and Reschedules must be done at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancelations done within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service.
No shows without notice will be automatically be charged 100% of total service charge.
Missing 2 appointments as a NO SHOW without notice will result in Salon LUX no longer accepting appointments from that individual.
We deeply respect our clients and simply ask the same in return.
Product Return Policy:
All products must be returned within a week for exchanges only, Refunds will not be provided.
All Brush and tool sales are final at time of purchase.
Service Redo Policy:
We understand all dreams don’t work out the way we plan, if you are unsatisfied with your service please let us know within 3 days, we’ll be happy to work with you!
The Redo Policy does not include change of style or color and additional charges will be added if apply if these changes are needed.
Full service applies after 1 week.
Please note that corrective color changes require multiple visits for best results.
Children Policy:
We here at Salon LUX love children, however, we work with heated and sharp tools as well as various chemicals. For the health and safety of your little ones we prefer they stay home unless they’re in our salon for an appointment.
